superior room complimentary wifi fresh flowers
My stay included a superior room. it had complimentary wifi that worked well. the room included a minibar with soft drinks and snacks. Items were restocked daily. i noted fresh flowers were in the lobby everyday.
the elevator was quite small.

the hotel was very clean and tidy. the staff helped. they provided assistance with taxis and catered to our needs. i appreciated the great location, close to many attractions.
the lift wait times were long.

underwhelming experience
cramped room limited water
the room i got felt a bit cramped it barely had enough space for my luggage i was also surprised about the noise from nearby lifts it was quite distracting early in the morning. the promised quiet i hoped for didn't quite materialize. plus i felt the limited water supply each day wasn't sufficient considering the price and especially with the weather being warm those things combined.

the room was so lovely. i stayed in a suite charles ferry eiffel tower view. the eiffel tower view was very nice, i loved this view. breakfast was great, it had many options.
the elevator seemed small for such a hotel. my room felt a bit far from the elevator. i think a hotel of this level needs a larger spa.
